I have been in real estate for 12 years.  I began first as an investor;  buying, selling and renting investment properties in multi states.  I then decided to get my real estate license in 2004!  Prior to my real estate career, I worked for Proctor and Gamble, Cincinnati, OH as a National Accounts Manager for Patient Care products.  I was with P & G for 13 years and gained great experience and training working for a Fortune 100 company.  Prior to P & G I worked for Black and Decker USA in Seattle, WA as a sales representative.   I graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN with a BS in Marketing. I am married to a real estate attorney, and have 3 children. I  am outgoing, love God, my familly and friends, and have a great time selling real estate and helping others!  In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, tennis, boating, gardening, reading, my kid's sports, and college athletics! 

I have experience in residential. commercial, land, and investment properties. I have extensive experience in buying, renovating, and selling property.
 
I have numerous educational and sales training in real estate, including Master Sales Training. My extensive career and training with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies has helped pave the way to my success. My strengths include contract negotiation, comprehensive marketing, business and market analysis, home staging and technology.   
 
Truly, what drives and excites me in real estate every day is keeping abreast of all the technological advances in this "shifting" market, breaking new ground in marketing and thinking “outside” the box, and ABOVE ALL delivering the highest level of service to my clients. Keller Williams affords me the opportunity to deliver on those ideals and promises. “God, Family, and Business” is the Keller Williams way and it is my way!
 
When selling a listing a home our goal is to obtain the highest price, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of stress. When working with buyers, two rules apply. First rule is to never settle. This means we continue looking until we find the ideal home, no matter how long it takes. The second rule is to work with “fun” clients who have a great sense of humor and enjoy every day.
